We cannot refuse permission because of construction noise. However, we can restrict the hours of work to reduce disturbance to residents and other sensitive neighbours.

• if you are commenting on a householder application, such as an extension, dropped kerb, new garage, driveway or roof alterations, you cannot make any further comments on this application
